Four years ago today the world lost its last true hero, Harambe the Gorilla, and we have never been the same since-- at least memes haven't.
Thankfully, we have Twitter to remind us just how much that Gorilla meant to us all:
Minion demigod Luke Thompson introduced everyone to the opening stanzas from the as-yet-unreleased Harambe Biopic.
I do often wonder the same thing to myself, "was Harambe's death really the end of masculinity?" Looking back on the last 4 years, you be the judge if that's correct.
What a shame. Humans have tempted fate more times than we can count but we truly pissed off God when Harambe was killed by an unknown assailant.
Or maybe by Hillary Clinton?
We may never know the real mystery behind his murder. Rest in Power, Sweet Prince.
