Flappr Fantasy Football Week Ten: Duck Billed Platitude Breaks 5-Game Losing Streak

Sometimes, Fantasy Football results mirror how things are going in the NFL. The last couple weeks have seen some lower level teams put together some great efforts and take down a better team. And with 13 teams in the NFL scoring 17 or less points, point totals were way down for some FFL teams.

A big cheer goes out to the Fugly Slots (@balling_it) for winning the Flappr Top Hat award for Week 10. They were able to put up a league high 166.14 points against Derrick Henry’s White Twin (@jonbrooks935). Jon’s wide receivers really fell short of expectations this week, but he was able to stay in 4th place overall. The Slots were led by 3 players scoring over 29 points.

For @balling_it, the win broke a 5 game losing streak and improved his record to 2-8.

The first place Master Bedroom Dwellers (@Twi77erSuxDong) took on Stephanie’s Amazing Team (@Stephanieco15) and was able to win their 6th straight game. The Dwellers didn’t have anything out of the ordinary, but Stephanie had a lot of players out between bye weeks and injury. However, she will get the Flappr Forgotten man award for leaving Antonio Gibson’s 21.8 points on the bench. Maybe Leroy should watch out for Stephanie next week.

Speaking of Leroy, Bad Mans (@snakebro7) was facing the Penalty Boxers (@ground_miller). Leroy was never behind in this game, as the Boxers faced a second week without QB Kyler Murray. In the end, Leroy won by 52 points, so he had enough time to get his Christmas card design put together.

Next we had a game between two 5-5 teams, Two Scoops (@_Miller__Lite_)met the Hackensack Cockles (@Travis_Tyree). In a close game, Miller Lite defeated Travis to take over 3rd place overall. While he was happy about his win, he’s had his eye on a potential new QB.

In our final game of the weekend, M.I.L.F (Man I Love Football) (@ElderBartleby) played the Italian Defense League (@michcusejac5). With Christian McCaffrey back, the Italians have gotten back in the win column. Unfortunately, Bart put up the lowest score of the weekend. When asked for comment on his third straight loss, here is what the editor of the website had to say:

After 10 weeks of football, here’s how the standings look. As, you can see, Division 1 needs to step its game up, but the playoff spots are still up for grabs.
