Flappr Fantasy Football Week 9: Clash Of The Titans

Week 9 of the NFL season included bye weeks for 4 teams: the Dallas Cowboys, the New York Giants, the Pittsburgh Steelers and the San Francisco 49ers. That meant names like Dak Prescott, Saquon Barkley, Najee Harris and Christian McCaffrey were unavailable.

Heading into Week 9, the two division leaders faced off against each other, and the 2nd place teams from both divisions played each other as well. The weekend featured several RBs and QBs with over 20 points, leading to some high scoring games. Here's what happened this week.

M.I.L.F. (Man I Love Football) (@ElderBartleby) vs. Italian Defense League (@michcusejac5): This matchup between the division leaders was pretty even the whole way. The Italians took the lead behind Derrick Henry's 23.50 points on Sunday Night. Bartleby had to rely on his QB play this weekend. Justin Fields scored 42.72, and Lamar Jackson was up on Monday, with a chance to win. Lamar got 17.52 points to pull it out. @michcusejac5 falls to @Elder Bartleby in a great game 123.24 - 119.40 .

Can't go wrong repping Lamar!

Penalty Boxers (@ground_miller) vs. Uncle AC and The Academics (@ywst_ac): The Boxers took an early lead on Thursday with Jalen Hurts and Dallas Goedert while Uncle AC had AJ Brown. The Boxers put away this battle between teams 3 & 4 in the league behind Patrick Mahomes' 35.14 points. @ywst_ac loses to @ground_miller 117.56 – 95.06.

Bet you didn't notice the Philly tattoo guy.

Herbert’s Perverts (@Twi77erSuxDong) vs. Fugly Slots (@balling_it): @Twi77erSuxDong got 53.10 points from Joe Mixon, which was basically his margin of victory. Fugly Slots had the second Highest score of the week and the biggest loss of the week, led by Kenyan Drake. The Perverts earn the Week 9 Top Hat award for the week's highest score. @balling_it comes up short against

@Twi77erSuxDong 177.90 – 127.80.

Hackensack Cockles (@SteroidRespectr) vs. Derrick Henry's White Twin (@jonbrooks935): In the closest game of the weekend, the White Twin finally learned from his Forgotten Man awards and got 26.0 points from the Patriots defense. The Cockles got 24.08 from Tua Tagovailoa in Chicago. @jonbrooks935 topped @SteroidRespectr 107,84 - 104.38

Isn't 60 cold for a Miami person?

Bad Mans (Who Knows which account he's using?) vs. Zach Wilson Banged My Mom (@_Miller__Lite_): In the least inspiring game of the weekend, Miller Lite relied on Josh Allen's 26.80 points. Leroy was led by Cooper Kupp's 22.80 points. Leroy could have won the Forgotten Man Award, but he didn't have anything on the bench. @_Miller__Lite_ beats @BDE_069 88.00 - 83.34.

The Jets beat Josh Allen.

The standings changed a bit with the top 4 teams playing each other. The Penalty Boxers move back to 1st place with a 7-2 record.
