Week 12 of the NFL season included Thanksgiving, so no teams were scheduled for a bye. There will two more bye weeks in Weeks 13 & 14.
Week 12 had mostly divisional matchups, with the best matchup being between the top two teams in Division 1. Scores were mostly up this week, with seven teams reaching the century mark. Leroy's Bad Men were truly bad, scoring in the 60s again this week. Maybe this will boost his team's fortunes!
Uncle AC and The Analrapists (@ywst_ac) vs. M.I.L.F. (Man I Love Football) (@ElderBartleby): In a contest between the leaders of Division 1, Uncle AC had the lead after Turkey Day Football behind Kirk Cousins' 22.86 points. Bart was led by Lamar Jackson's 23.06 points, but the rest of his lineup disappointed. Uncle AC narrowly captures this week's Top Hat for the highest score. In a first ever occurrence, he also wins the Forgotten Man award for once again leaving Josh Jacobs on the bench with 45.30 points. @ywst_ac beats @ElderBartleby to take over 1st place in Division 1 137.92 - 94.44.
Herbert’s Perverts (@Twi77erSuxDong) vs. Fugly Slots (@balling_it): This matchup was one of two games decided by less than 5 points. The Slots took a huge early lead, starting on Thanksgiving with 24.84 points from Justin Jefferson. The Perverts were led by their namesake's 28.76 points, and took a small lead with the Eagles D/ST after SNF. Najee Harris won the game for the Slots on Monday Night Football. @balling_it tops @Twi77erSuxDong 135.38 - 130.60.
Italian Defense League (@michcusejac5) vs. Derrick Henry's White Twin (@jonbrooks935): This was the closest game of the weekend, which was basically tied after Thursday. The Italians took a small lead early Sunday behind 18.04 points from Tom Brady, who was his highest scorer. The White Twin was led by Mike White's 24.80 points, but the injury to Christian McCaffrey cost him a chance at the victory. @jonbrooks935 comes up short against @michcusejac 103.66 – 99.30.
Penalty Boxers (@ground_miller) vs. Zach Wilson Banged My Mom (@_Miller__Lite_): Miller Lite stormed into the lead on Thursday behind Josh Allen's 30.92 points. The Boxers were looking good behind Jalen Hurts' 29.82 points on SNF, but Christian Watson's late 63 yard TD in that game sealed it for Miller Lite. @_Miller__Lite_ tops @ground_miller 136.76 - 123.42.
Hackensack Cockles (@SteroidRespectr) vs. Bad Mans (@Bass_Man_7): In the biggest blowout of the weekend, the Cockles were led by Amon-Ra St. Brown's 23.40 points. Leroy's team was led by CeeDee Lamb and his 14.70 points. @SteroidRespectr crushes @Bass_Man_7 114.64 - 69.10.
The race for the playoffs is heating up! The Penalty Boxers stay 1st place with an 9-3 record, the Italian Defense League is at 8-4, and three teams are tied at 7-5.
